Happy bird day

As promised in the previous post I am back with a new card for today. It is a card inspired by Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. Isn't this sketch just wonderful? I loved it so I thought to try it out. It's the first time when I make a card for this challenge (*wink*).

This weekend I was very happy that I got to go shopping for craft supplies at a nice store here in Copenhagen. I purchased lots of stuff. And the good thing about this shopping trip was that I found lots of stuff on sale... on 70% off sale... I also am very happy to have purchased some Prima Marketing Mini Paper Pads: En Francais and Songbird. I fell in love with the Songbird paper pad so I had to try it first. The En Francais paper pad I am planning to use it after the trip to Paris that we are planning for september.
So... let me show you my creation - it's all about birds...

Supplies: papers from the Songbird paper pad and There She Goes  Birdie Wishes Stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by!

Case Study Challenge and some updates

Ok... so it's 2 months since my last post and I am sorry for that. In this time I made some cards and some other DIY stuff that I will share in the following months, but unfortunately I haven't been able to post them. I usually don't have imagination what to write about. But maybe if I will try it more often the inspiration will come.
Now we are back in Copenhagen for 2 more weeks. The weather is very lovely here so we spent the weekends visiting and relaxing in the sun. I will make a post about this with some new pictures.
For today I want to share with you my very first stamp colored with Promarkers. Well... it is not entirely colored with markers because I own for now only some markers for the skin tones... but I will soon own more since I love them. I find them very easy to use. And since it's a first time... I decided to link my card to the  current CASE Study Challenge "Think out of the box".

Supplies: The background paper is from Webster's Pages and the stamp is from Sparkle Creations. The dress is colored with penciles and the skin and cupcake with the Promarkers.

Thanks for stopping by!
And stay tuned... I am planning to have a second post for today!
