There has been a long time now since I am following CR84FN blog but I never found inspiration to play along. I usually not taking part at color challenges because I find them harder to play: you have to have the right cardboard color, right combination of color in the design paper and inspiration to make something with the choices you have in hand.

But this week I got inspired by Mona Pendleton's Fashonista post. I love it. It even has a video tutorial on how to make a fashonista. I got to tell you...I didn't thought about the clever tips and trick's Mona is using to make them, but I will give it a try in one of these days. And let me tell you: I love Mona's work.It's very inspiring.

Now let me continue with my card.

Having found the other week this wonderful dress printable I thought I could use it also in today's card.

The dress with the music sheet printable is from the link mentioned above but then I got the idea that I could use it as a template and cut my own version of the dress from the same paper I did the background of the card. I used some leftovers to embellish it and made my own version of the flower.

Happy Birthday Grandma'

Last week was my Grandmother's birthday. I didn't get to visit her on her birthday because she lives in another town and due to the snow around here the roads were not so good. But I prepared for her this greeting card to give her when we will meet.

Just Because

On Saturday, after wondering through stores to find a nice sink for the bathroom and after lots of cleaning throughout the house I found myself at my crafting table with lots of energy to craft. It has been a week since I last made a card and I was glad I had the chance to make some. So stay tuned... there will be more cards to share this week.

The notebook cards used on this card are free printable templates from Tania's blog that you can find here. I found her blog through Pinterest and I find it very nice! Thanks Tania for sharing this wonderful printable!

The weather is awful around here. It snows since Saturday! The streets are full of snow and it is also colder than usual. We did not had such an amount of snow since years. Hope by you the weather is nicer, but if I think better I kind of like this weather. It's a very nice feeling when you enter the warm home and you cuddle under the pillow in front of the TV or even better, the fireplace.

Valentine/Dragobete

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and everybody is thinking about it.
But let me tell you something that most of you probably don't know. In our culture Valentine's Day is a pretty new celebration. It entered our culture in 1990 or so and since then there are many people who celebrate it. In our culture there is another celebration that is similar with Valentine's Day and it's called Dragobete. The Dragobete is celebrated in 24 February. So basically we have two celebrations with the same significance: LOVE.
I actually don't celebrate neither of them. I like to share my love every day and from time to time I prepare little surprises for my boyfriend.
This week I had a special request from a friend. To make for his girlfriend a Valentine's Day card. I was happy about his request and I got started. Two days later I finished the card and I loved how it turned out:

Today the new CASE Study Challenge was posted. The inspiration card is gorgeous and I think my card fits perfect in that competition.

Today I don't have any cards to share with you. Not that I didn't spent time yesterday to make some, but when I wanted to photograph them I realized the battery was low.
Anyway, I still have something else to share with you. There were some posts where I mentioned my sweet friend Laura from Root Design. She is a very talented lady that works with flowers. I love her work.

It's Sunday morning and I am still in my pajamas waiting for a cup of coffee. Last night I was in the mood for making some cards so I decided to share one right now.

Hello all. How are you today? Hope everything is fine in your corner of the world.

Today I felt some craving for stamping so I got to my desk and searched for some inspiration. First thought was to search for some challenges because I think it's a good way to start the year with. And I reached CASE Study Challenge blog were the 72 challenge is almost closing.

I loved the card that was proposed for case-ing this week (the card from above picture) so I thought I will give it a try and look what I came up with (below picture represents my card):

For this card I used my brand new sets from There She Goes clear stamps: Birdie Wishes and Sending My Love.

I paper pieced the hearts using some leftovers that I had flying around my desk. I have lots of small pieces but I sometimes find them hard to use.

Hi all,

I am very sorry for my absence on the blog and for not being capable of finishing the Christmas Gift series. The last weeks of 2011 were very stressful for me. I have lots of news to share but some of them I will be able to share only in march or so.

Anyway, just so you know I finished in time all the Christmas Gifts and gave them away. From this series I might be able to present you the accordion album that I did for my special friend Laura from rootdesign.ro. I will ask her to take some pictures of it because unfortunately I did not get the chance.

I spent Christmas at my mothers. It was a very peaceful Christmas and I was very happy that I didn't had to cook. After Christmas we went on a ski trip with some friends. We went in Austria. It was amazing. I loved it. I even learned how to ski. And the view from above is just awesome.

Christmas gifts part 2

Did you enjoy the previous part of the Christmas gifts? I truly hope so. For today I prepared for you something special, something else than a paper craft.

I thought and I thought what would be good for another Christmas Gift. I searched through my stash of alterable things and I found a lovely mirror that was sitting there untouched yet. This would be a great gift for Christmas, right?

Well... here is how it turned out:

And it was not so hard to make. I payed a visit to the only and little craft store that is in my town and I found there a lovely tissue with an apple and some golden accents. I loved it the moment I saw it and I had to buy it.

Now that I have decided to alter the mirror I new that tissue was perfect for this job. I also bought some golden paint to give the mirror a more elegant look.

Winter wishes

This weekend I had some time to stamp and create and play with my latest acquisition (the Big Shot) so I decided to get inspired by the new muse from CASE Study Challenge. The December muse is Amy Scheffer and this is the card that we are CASE-ing:

Lovely card, isn't it? Very spring-like I would say. I tried a more winter-like approach. And here is what I ended up with:

The paper is my new acquisition from Bo Bunny and the stamp is of course from Layers of Color.

Christmas Gifts part 1

Have you decided what gifts to give for Christmas? I did! And I can't still believe that. Each year I have a problem in choosing the "perfect" gift for each of my friends and family and after wondering through the crowded shops I eventually end up buying useless things because of my lack of ideas.

This year I started thinking of Christmas gifts earlier (not to early though) and I am planning to give only handmade gifts. I have a few ideas so as soon as I finish them I will post them here. Maybe you will get inspired and find some good ideas.

Today I will present you the first finished gift. I embellished an agenda made from recycled paper. Here is a picture before I started to work on it.

I know, I know... long time no posting, but I didn't get the time to post. I had a busy life since September.

First it was a one month trip in Copenhagen, than it was vacation in France and now I am finally at home and I am trying to catch up with spending time with my family, cleaning, visiting friends.

First let me tell you about Copenhagen. It is a very beautiful city. You should visit it some day.

The month spent in Copenhagen was very nice. The weather was amazing. It was sunny almost every day. In the week-ends was also a little bit warmer. The architecture around the city is pretty amazing. The new and the old are very nice combined. I stayed in a very beautiful 2 bed apartment with an amazing view:

Each week-end I had the opportunity to visit something else and I had to choose between the various museums that are free on Sunday, the Rosenborg Palace which has an amazing garden where you can spend some quite time - it's perfect for reading, various shopping centers, boat trips. I loved it. I also found the people there very friendly.

In vacation was also very nice and relaxing. We visited Cote d'Azur: Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monte Carlo. These all are very nice cities, with old markets, narrow streets and little family restaurants.

Happy Holidays

Hi all! I am greeting you today from the sunny Copenhagen and don't be skeptical about the "sunny" word because I can really see the sun today. Actually I've seen it the hole week. So, weather is great, people are very nice, friendly around here. I like them :). Hope in the week-end the weather will be the same. I am planning to visit a local craft store.

On Monday, the girls from TSG challenged us to create a card with pizzazz. Actually, a birthday card, but unfortunately last night when I made my card I was to sleepy to see the birthday word :).

It's been a long time since I didn't made a card for a Case Study Challenge. Last night I decided to give it a try. It's time for the 56th challenge and the inspiration card is this one:

I loved this card the moment I saw it. At first I thought I won't be able to case it, but here is my version. Let me know your honest opinions ;).

Yesterday I started and also finished a special project. It was done for my mother's store. I built an Open/Closed sign. The words in the project are in Romanian.Here are some pictures:

Billiards and karting time

I just got home from town. We went with some friends for a kart race. Of course I took the dolls with me. The bear thought karting is too dangerous for him so he played some pool with the bunny.

Ok, ok, I can also tell you what's happening. The second challenge in the birthday party that TSG is throwing
requests to take the paper dolls out in town.

There She Goes is turning 3

The first challenge was about creating a paper doll. I decided to use the Back in 10 stamp set for this challenge. I love the cute bear that is chasing butterflies. And the little rabbit is even cuter.

Do you like fishing?

I don't, but my future father in law does. Every Sunday morning he goes fishing.

His birthday approaches and since he enjoys fishing so much, I decided to make him a card using a fishing stamp. I found a very cute one at Lia Stampz freebie section. The sentiment is written by hand and it says 'Happy Birthday' in Romanian.

Since it's a birthday card, I will add it to Challenge #2 from Lia Stampz blog.

It's my third post today! Can you believe it?
Oh well, we are back from chasing butterflies and eating very good food at a very nice restaurant. It's almost 8 o'clock PM around here so I thought I should post the third card I made yesterday evening.
Last week I finally received a supper nice stamp that won at RCC4 and I thought I use it. Since at Ribbon Carousel Challenge blog is time for the 18th challenge - All tied up - I made another birthday card:

Chasing butterflies

This weeks challenge over at the TSG blog is One Layer With Pop. When I saw the theme I thought I have to take part! So here it is my card for the challenge:

For this card I used stamps from Back In 10 stamp set from TSG. Love this stamp set! So joyful and fun. I don't know if it is readable, but just to make sure, the sentiment says "chasing butterflies". Lovely, right?

Now I have to go to chase some butterflies of my own. Me and my boyfriend are going for a walk in the woods and I am betting he will be chasing butterflies for a photography project.

Happy Birthday

Last night was perfect for creating cards. I had so much fun creating cards and felt so inspired!
I tried to make as many cards for the challenges as I could. Now I want to present you a card which I made for the 2nd challenge hosted by Lia Stampz over on her blog. The challenge is about birthday projects. I love the challenges with this theme because they are so easy and so versatile. You just have to think of a friend and make a birthday card for him/her. So here is my card:

This cards suits Laura the best. She is also very creative. She has her own business in the flower domain, creating beautiful arrangements and bouquets. Love her style and the pieces that come out of her hand.

The stamps used in this card are from Layers of Color Art Stamps company. They have wonderful stamps that you can work with. I have to admit that for this card I got inspired from Nina Brackett's card which you can find it here. I love Nina's creations. She has a wonderful unique style.

Thinking of you (cQc #99)

Last night I was surfing on the internet in the search for a challenge to take part in. And I found the ColorQ challenge #99. Aren't those colors wonderful? I loved the combination when I saw it.
Now here is my take on this color combo:

In case you are wondering, the sentiment stamp is from Layers Of Color Art Stamps. The design paper is from Rico Design and the cardboard is from a local craft store.

I like the fact that I stamped twice the same sentiment. What do you think?

Something different - A Frame

As I was telling you in the yesterday's post, I made a frame for someone to give as a gift. The only special request was to contain the poem that he wrote. I began with painting the frame in black, than I sand it a little bit at the edges and at the end I varnished it. The sanding gives it a little bit of a vintage look. For the background I chose a piece of paper from The Stack 6 by DCWV. I love the little bird on this paper!
On the left bottom corner of the frame I made a branch from wire and I dressed it in satin ribbon.
Besides the flowers, I also attached a little tag wrote by hand.
On the tracing paper I printed out the poem, but I promised I won't publish it so I had to erase the words from the picture.
Curious of how the complete frame looks like? Well here it is:

I like very much how it turned out.

Yesterday, as I was surfing on the internet I found out that the challenge hosted by Scrapper in Romania this month has the theme "White-Black and a little bit of turquoise". I don't have so much white in my project but I have a lot of turquoise ... so I am guessing it's ok to take part at the challenge.

Just a card

Good morning to you all! How are you today?

I'm preparing to go to work so I thought I will share a card with you before that.

This card was made last week along with the other 2 presented before. I used a digi flower stamp from The Stamping Boutique. I colored it with Farber Castell watercolor penciles and for this one I used the water. I kind of like how it turned out. I think I will begin to use the penciles more often. I find it easier than with the markers.

Last night I was in a very creative mood and I made a frame for someone to give as a gift. So stay tuned because I will post about that frame tomorrow ;).

Flowers all around

Today is a happy day! It's Friday! We are planning to go tomorrow to an aqua park. I am so enthusiastic about that! It's been a while since I've last went to an aqua park. Unfortunately I don't know how to swim, but I don't think that this will be a problem. I will enjoy the time and try to relax as much as I can after a hard week at work.

I decided to share with you today a card that I made last Saturday. It's a very joyful card. It uses the flower cart stamp from The Stamping Boutique.

I colored the stamp with Farber Castell water penciles but I didn't use water on this one.

Let's welcome Iulia

I know it is long time since I've posted something, but I didn't find the time.

The card I will show you was made to celebrate the birth of my little cousin Iulia (I know, sounds weird, but she's my cousin). For this card I used a very nice digital stamp called "spring ducks" from Prairie Fairy. I love this joyful stamp! I find it so cute.

I colored the stamp with Farber Castell penciles. I love them. It's so easy to use them!

Day 148 at 365 Cards

I never did my own background yet so I thought let's try. And I am so thrilled of how it turned out.

Again I made an A7 card because I thought the A6 it's too big to fill in with the same sentiment. I think I better like this card size. It's so small, and cute, and perfect for little notes.

This card was done specially for day 148 at 365 Cards. The stamp is from Layers of Color Art Stamps and I used a chocolate color ink to stamp it. The rose is made by myself from the tutorial that Laura wrote on her Creation Faeries blog.

After a big absence on my blog, yesterday I found time and inspiration to make some cards. I am a follower of 365 Cards blog but I never take part at any challenge so I thought it's time to do that. Believe

This week I was in a mood for crafting so I "baked" some new cards! I will show you the cards one by one, so don't forget to visit me from time to time.

For today I choose to show you this card:

It has a gorgeous "Believe" tag. I think it's the most appropriate tag for encouragement: "Believe - that you can success", "Believe - in yourself", and so on.

I mostly make simple cards, with not so many embelishments, because I am not sure yet how to combine them. But I promise you I will keep trying and learning to make more complex cards :).

Next week I will be flying to Dortmund, Germany, for a business trip. Since I will be staying there for almost 3 weeks I am planning to take with me some basic stuff to make some cards. And hopefully I will find a great craft store from where to buy new stuff.

Hello girls. Sorry for my absence but I was in vacation and now I am back in Dortmund for the following two weeks. In this time I will not be posting too much because I didn't brought with me any craft supplies. I have to take my drivers licence exam so I brought only the quiz book :).
But today I was checking the challenges and I saw the RCC7 theme and I thought: "great... I have a card with this which I didn't showed yet".

New stamps

As I was telling you, I am in Dortmund right now and they have here Idee shop. I didn't find any other craft shop so I went to this one. I found there a lovely and cheap set of flower stamps. This rose is from that set. I love it. Also the butterfly!

I don't have here any pencils to color the rose, but I think it can be left uncolored.

RCC4

Several days ago I saw the inspiration colors at Ribbon Carousel Challenge 4 and I had in hand a beautiful patterned paper and I was thinking...hmm... this should work best for this challenge.

The catch is that I should also have at least a cupcake in my creation... and guess what?! I don't have a cupcake stamp. Shame on me, right? And also I am not at home to bake some and to make a really great photo to use on the card... so I had to think of alternatives. Without a printer in the neighborhood, my only remaining option was to draw one. I took Dawn's card as inspiration and look at the result.

I know... it's not perfect, but at least I tried to take part at the challenge. I should draw more often. I used to like it but somehow over the past years I lost the appetite for drawing and ... yeah... now my hand is not in shape any more. Maybe I will share with you my drawings some day.

As you can notice I changed the face of my blog. No... I didn't wished for it to happen but it did. Hope you like it. The background is from the lovely Karen over at The Background Fairy. I loved this background the minute I saw it but I am not sure it matches my cards so I will give it a try. I also saw another background that I would like from her so maybe I will change my blog face more often as I would expected.
So let me tell you why I did this change. About a week ago I entered my blog and I couldn't see anything. I could saw only the basic background, the posts and the comments. My browser could not see the images on the template. So I got angry. I asked others to try my blog and they said is up and running ok. But I also wanted to see that so I begun reinstalling the browsers, deleting temporary files, but nothing...not a change.
Today I came from work a little bit later and I didn't have time to go shopping so I decided to do the makeover for my blog. I will also try to do my own background but till than this is just perfect!

Bonjour Paris

I was telling you yesterday that I made some cards this days so here is another one. This card is a part of me. It represents a big dream that I have... to visit Paris. And I will some day... when I will have time. But for now I have to be contend with looking at old photographs of Paris and dreaming.

I love how the card turned out. The patterned paper with Eiffel tower I bought it when I was in The Netherlands and since then I was thinking carefully how to use it. And I am happy with my take on this paper.

I also want to share with you a book that I just finished: "Watter for Elephants" by Sara Gruen. I love this book. It captured my entire soul and it felt like I was there, in that times, near Jacob and Marlena, visualizing there moves and living their dream. I didn't see the movie yet. I'm waiting to go back home to see it with my boyfriend. I heard that is good too... but you should really read the book. Hope you like it.

My first easel card

I was blessed with lots of inspiration this days, so I will have lots to share with you. But first of all I would like to share with you the first easel card I ever made!

There is a great challenge happening this week at TSG blog. The challenge is to make an easel card, so I thought what not give it a try. If you wanna fill challenged go an see for yourself the wonderful inspiration cards that the DT prepared.

So here is my try at this challenge. I used only TSG stamps this time. Both of therm are from The Journey Stamp set. Very nice stamp set I would say.

I must say it's quite easy to make an easel card if you follow the instructions that they are given to you.

Today is my beloved boyfriend's birthday. Happy birthday babe!
For this occasion I prepared a card for him and I want to share it with you. The inspiration for it was this card:

The above card is the inspiration card for CASE Study challenge no 39. I loved this card when I saw it and I thought I have to CASE it. So here you have my take:

The stamp used in this card is from The Love Chapter stamp set at Layers of Color. It was designed by the wonderful Nina Becket. I love this stamp set but until now I didn't had the chance to use it. Just in case you can not distinguish what it is written there, here you have it:

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

From this passage in the bible, Nina took some words and built this lovely lovely stamp. Thanks Nina for this great stamp that I am very proud to have.

Dreams

Today is about dreams.

I couldn't resist not to participate at TSG Challange 106. If you wanna participate go and check their requirements.

The inspiration photo is gorgeous. It reminds me about Venice so today I will be imagine myself back in Venice. But not anywhere but on the island of Burano. Let me share a picture so you can understand what I'm talking about.

I loved this island for it's colorful buildings. In my imagination, the people that live there must be happy each day because of this colorfulness. I encourage you to go there to visit this wonderful little island of Venice.

Inspired by the photos and by the dreaming idea, I "baked" this little card. I know it's not so colorful but I think it gives you the idea of happiness. On the tag it says "Dream come true" and my dream to visit Venice came true last year. Oh... there were such happy times. I love Venice, but only in April.

Here you have a closeup of the flowers, bows and the tag. The message on the tag is with silver so because of the lightening you can not see it so well.

As I was telling you yesterday, I had some fun these days creating something new.

Today I will present you a card using one of my favorite stamps. This stamp is from Back in 10 stamp set from There She Goes and I love it! It is a stamp set very fun to play with.

While working at this card I imagined myself walking in the woods, smelling the spring flowers and just relaxing. How stimulating this thought is! I love the spring, and the flowers and the walks through the park or through the woods.

For my card I used the stamp from Back In 10 stamp set. I enjoy creating with these stamps because they are so joyful and can be used for cards or for scrapbook pages.

I'm not very found of markers so I used again some pencils to color the stamp.

In the inside of the card I stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set. The sentiment says: "Together is the place to be". I love this sentiment. Has so many feelings in it.

And last, but not least, I have another card to present you. This is a more simple one and has another sentiment from the Back in 10 stamp set stamped on it. I love this patterned paper but I am not sure where I go it so I can't tell you where to find it.

Happy Birthday Corina!

Today is the birthday of my very good friend Corina. She used to live in the same town with me but now she is at 500 km away so I thought I would surprise her with this card. I haven't mailed it to her because I don't know her current address. But she will received it when she comes to visit ;) .

For this card I used the digi stamp from Torico. I love the digistamps that she creates. They are wonderful to play with. I colored the stamp with pencils since I'm not such a big fan of markers. I still have a lot to learn on how to use them.

Hello girls! Sorry for my absence on the blog world but with the job that I have and the project I'm working for it's hard to keep up. This is mostly because I was gone for another 2 weeks in Slovenia and on monday I have to go back there.

Live from Ljubljana

Back.... but not for long...
As I was saying in the previous post... I had to change appartments. So, after two weeks of intense searching we finally found one that suits our requests and it is big, it has two big rooms! I don't have pictures now... but I will show you when I will go back home!
I am currently in Ljubljana, Slovenia, to work on a project that we are developing for a pharmaceutical company. I will be here for the next 2 weeks so I won't have anything new to show you!
But.. I was thinking I should show you some pictures from this beautiful, quiet, lovely capital city!

Hi girls!

I'm posting today to let you know that I will not be able to make cards and post on my blog because we have to move. Me and my boyfriend are staying in a rented apartment and the owner sold it, so we have until 15th february to move to another location. So now we are in search for a new apartment to rent and I have to pack, clean, unpack and so on. All of this I have to do it by 30th of January as I will be going in Slovenia for three weeks.

So... till next post ... wish me luck on paking and finding a big and nice apartment!

The holiday is over so I am back to work. Today I had a little bit of spare time so I decided to participate at CASE Study Challenge #20. The inspiration comes from the wonderful Nina Brackett who designed this gorgeous card:

The challenge is about white cards. Well... my card is not exactly white and the light at the photoshoting didn't help me much so my picture is not so good and "white" but I hope you decide it can qualify.

One day I was wandering around through the Graphics Fairy blog posts and found this seet image that I used for my card today.
Isn't this little red riding hood just lovely? And it is also prepared for Christmas! See how mandy gifts has in her hands? Maybe the wolf will get a present too!

CASE Study Challenge #17

This weekend me and my boyfriend were visiting our special friends in Bucharest and I thought making a surprise card specially for them. The gorgeous inspiration card from CASE Study Challenge, a creation of the talented Nina Brackett, inspired me to give life to the perfect card for our beloved friends. Here is my creation:

And here are more pictures with my creation. This time it was me who took the pictures so I tried different angles for the card. I will let you decide which one do you like most.

For the last photo I played with the photo editing tool and desaturated the colors a little bit. Also the angle was very difficult. It was a little bit hard to capture it.

CASE Study Challenge #16

It's already time for CASE Study Challenge number 16. The inspiration card is this beautiful one:

When I saw it I had various ideas of how to make one inspired by it, but then a colleague asked to to a personalized card for her friend so my creation ended up like this:

The sheep is made from this tutorial. First I didn't know haw to color the sheep since I don't have many markers. But I like how it ended up. Here you have a closer look ar the bow and the sweet face of the sheep.

And... my card even has the interior designed.

A custom made frame

Today I have to show you my first frame. I delivered it 2 days ago to it's requester and now I can show it to you. I didn't post about it sooner because the friend that requested her didn't saw it till Monday. The story behind it is like this: one october day we all gathered to a friends birthdayparty and, of course, I did a handmade birdthday card. All liked it, but one of them liked it more and than he said: "I want something made by you! I want something that symbolizes LIF (Love Is Forever) and that has this letters in it!"

Hello. I hope you had a nice week-end. I am sorry that yesterday I didn't post anything but I was busy at work and then I had a driving course (tommorrow I will have the big driving exam, I hope everything will be ok) and it was also girls night out so I hope you understand me :) .
For today I have something special for you. It's a birthday card for my step sister. It was her 21 birthday last week so I prepared for her this card. I also pack her a little something in a matching gift pack.

The sentiment is from There She Goes, The Journey set. The flowers I made myself. And the patterned papper again I don't know.

Green and white

For today I have for you a simple card with some green and some white (white is from snow and green is from the fir trees). The star and the trees are from felt. The snowflakes around are just for deco. My personal photographer (which is my boyfriend) had the kindness to take most of the pictures with the card. From time to time I do it myself, but when I'm to busy working on another card I just let him the pleasure.

Oh yeah, and by the way, just so you know, I like stripes, so each time I buy patterned paper I also choose some paper with stripes. All different colors!!!

Yet another Christmas card

Some posts ago I told you I was making Christmas cards for some weeks now. I decided I will post a new card every day, so here is the card for today:

It has the Christmas colors, some sentiments on the patterned paper and of course the Christmas tree.

The patterned paper was bought from Hungary. I was very happy to find it in August and was also on sale so you can imagine that I bought 2 sheets. The conclusion is that you will see some more cards with this paper.

Colorful mouse

In my search of free digital stamps I got into Torico's digital galery and found this cute mouse. I loved it the minute I saw it and I just had to do a Christmas card with it.

I am in love of the combination of yellow and turqoise, so I had to use this colors to collor the stamp. I was very happy to find in my pile of patterned paper also a paper that is kind of turqoise.

Snowflakes

The card I will present you today is one of my favourite. I made it some weeks ago and I was very proud of it. It has snowflakes!!!

I like the sunny wather, but when winter comes I enjoy the first snow... the first snowflakes that touch my skin and the first noisy walk through the snow and the first snow fight. And after that, the moment of enjoying a hot cup of my favourite tea in the wormth of the house. Not so much till that time comes. :)

Arty crafty workshop

For two years going on the third, from october till june/july I go to an arty crafty workshop. It is a get together organised by some nice friendly girls twice a month. So every second friday we get together at the art workshop. Each workshop has a different theme and we do different handmade stuff. I will let you know each time what we did and maybe you will get inspired. In june/july we have an art camp. For a long week-end (from thurstday till sunday) we go somewhere at a hut with plenty of room and we create beautifull things that will hang in our homes or are great gifts to friends.

This year the workshop begun last friday. The theme was "Fall" and what we did were some nice flower arrangements with chrysanthemums, corn and decorative pumpkins. So here is my work of art:

Flower Pots

Hi arty crafty people! I'm back in bussiness.
After this short summer I decided it is time to change the flower pots so I bought some basic pots and I dressed them like this:

This first pot is for my yellow Zantedeschia aethiopiea. I don't know the english translation so you will have to search for it with it's scientific name.

The pot above is for my little rose.

In my kitchen I have a rosmary plant so I decided I paint one pot especialy for it.

The last two pots don't have flowers yet but soon I will go to a flowershop to buy new beautiful flowers.

When I will have time I will make also some cards to show you. So stay tuned. You can never know when I will post something!

The snowman

Beeing in the mood for creating new cards, I found through my crad stuff some paper with sonwmans and I thought why not?! So, with my brand new circle cutter I cutt the snowmans. I choose a simple layout, printed some sentiments and look what I got.

The snowmans are pretty abstract but I ind them very cute. My friends know I'm addicted to abstract stuff so they will understand and appreciate the cards when they will receive them.

Winter season

So... it's december ... and Saint Nicholas is comming soon ... and after that it's Christmas... the time will pas so quickly that soon it will be New Years Eve. For me, this is how december will pass. Last year... by this time... I was making my first cards for saling. They were pretty simple but I enjoyed making them.

In the town were I live, it's very difficult to find supplies, so I had to improvize. In february this year I got a scholarship and I went to Holland. First thing I looked in that new town (Groningen) was the supply store. Imagine how wonderfull it was for me to find such a store. A good part of my scholarship was spent in that store. It was super fun to see all those wonderful things for creating cards.

Now I am working 8 hours per day and I find it difficult in the evening to find the necessary energy for creating cards. But... I have to try it harder because I have to send card for Christmas and they have to be made by myself.

So... this was my last year collection... maybe they can inspire you.

The begining
